The professional works from the computer, with a keyboard and big screen, because building a twelve-week plan on a mobile is torture. Your clients receive it in the app. Each one where it suits them best.
Activity, workouts, routines, private notes, and relationship status on one screen.
Build the program day by day with the same library of 887 exercises from the app.
Create a base plan and clone it to as many clients as you want, then adjust the specifics.
Direct conversation with each client, without giving out your personal WhatsApp.
What slips away when you manage twenty clients isn't the plans, it's realizing that someone hasn't shown up for six days. The system monitors that and alerts you.
Weight, feelings, energy, and optional photo. It reaches you and stays in their history.
Automatic notice if a client goes days without training or doesn't answer the check-in.
Charts of workouts, volume, plan adherence, weekly nutrition, and weight.
Get paid within the platform and keep track of what has been paid and what is pending.
If you make a living from personal training or sports nutrition, the work you get paid for is designing plans and adjusting. The work you don't get paid for is everything else: redoing the same spreadsheet for the tenth time, chasing whoever doesn't send the check-in, reconstructing in your head how a client you haven't seen in three weeks was doing, and chasing payments via WhatsApp.
That invisible work is what sets the ceiling for how many clients you can manage without quality plummeting. And it's precisely what can be systematized.
VortLoop won't tell you how to train anyone. That's your job. What it does is take the administration off your hands.
The complete circuit is this:
Access is separated by role: as a coach you only see your clients and their data, never anyone else's. And sensitive data is only accessible while the relationship is active.
Most of your work is repetitive. A four-day hypertrophy plan for a beginner is, with nuances, the same plan for twenty different people.
You can save any plan as a template and clone it to a new client in one click, then adjust whatever is specific to that person. The same goes for diets. The first hour of work with a new client becomes ten minutes.
That is not lowering quality: it's stopping rewriting from scratch what you already know how to do, to dedicate your time to adjustment, which is where your value lies.
Weekly check-ins reach your client as a task in their app: weight, feelings, energy level, and photo if applicable. They are saved in their history and you have them alongside the rest of their file, not in a mobile photo folder.
And above all, a watchdog works: if a client hasn't trained for several days, or if they have a pending check-in for too long, you get the alert. With antispam, so it doesn't become noise you end up ignoring.
The difference between recovering someone who is slipping away and losing them is usually a week. That week is what the system gives back to you.
Payments for your services are managed within VortLoop, with your own price and with the breakdown of what has been paid and what is pending per client. The platform commission is agreed with you and is visible on your dashboard: no surprise percentages.
There is a rule you should know before starting, and it's not fine print: payments for services hired on VortLoop are made through the platform. Arranging payment outside —transfer, Bizum, or any other way— is forbidden in the terms and may lead to the suspension of the professional profile.
It's not a tax whim. It's what allows the client to have a record of what they have paid, for a complaint channel to exist, and for you not to depend on the word of someone you met on the internet.
To appear as a verified professional you must accredit training and documentation, and it is reviewed by a person.
It's a procedure, yes. It's also what prevents you from competing toe-to-toe with someone who put "coach" in their bio this morning. A directory where anyone proclaims themselves a professional is worthless to the user and to you.
The verified badge appears on your public profile, and your clients can leave ratings which are also shown there.
It is not tax billing software. The payments section keeps track of your income per client, but the issuance of invoices and your tax obligations remain your business and your advisor's.
Nor is it a substitute for your criteria: the app generates routines with AI for private users, but what you deliver to your clients is built by you. You can rely on the library and templates, and the plan bears your name because you made it.
Professional registration and verification are free. Download the app, complete your professional profile, and submit your documentation.
